When I Will Receive My Order

We have been shipping items all around the world for many years now. We can normally give our customers a pretty good idea of roughly how long their delivery should take to arrive, but due to factors beyond our control (such as the fact that we are on an island, courier delays or parcels being help up at customs), we are unable to quote exact delivery times or provide nominated-delivery options for international customers.

However we can safely say that the average ETA for Europe is about 7-10 days and for US, Canada, Australia and most of our parcels outside Europe about 10-20 days.

We also offer faster services like express deliveries upon the request of the buyer.

Please keep in mind that we may need a few days until we process your parcel and have it packaged safely!

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive tracking information by email advising you of the projected delivery time

Is the artwork insured for transportation?

Yes, all shipments are fully insured during transport!
Please check all parcels when you receive them.
We pack the products carefully, but transport damages cannot be ruled out. If you notice any problem please inform us immediately.
Damage reports need to be filed within 24 hours and they are the only way to file an insurance claim for the damages.

Are there customs and import taxes on my purchase?

If you live in the EU there are no customs or import taxes.

If you live outside the EU you may have to pay local import tax and duty to the courier before your items are delivered according to the rules and regulations of your country. We have the ability to offer you a delivery duty paid (DDP) service so please contact us before hand to find out the best way to proceed in your case

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on a few factors such us country of destination, weight and volume of your parcel. Please contact us to give you best rate possible for your purchase.
